Onboarding & Setup

To ensure your social media is set up for success, all new management clients begin with a one-time onboarding process.

 

Onboarding Fee: $350 (one-time)

This allows us to build a clear strategy before posting begins — so your content isn’t random, it’s

intentional. This ensures we understand your brand before we ever hit “post.”

The Details

  • 3-Month minimum commitment — social growth takes consistency and time.

  • One round of revisions per content batch is included.

  • Content Days may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

  • We focus on strategy, quality content, and real engagement. Follower growth is influenced by many factors and is not guaranteed.

  • A “Post” refers to a Feed Post (Photo, Carousel, or Graphic). Reels are listed separately.

  • Content is sent for approval before posting. If approval is not received within 48 hours, content may be posted as scheduled to maintain consistency.

  • Client agrees to provide access to locations, products, staff, and information needed for content creation.

  • Community Management includes responding to comments and general DMs. Detailed booking questions, order issues, or customer service matters remain the responsibility of the business.

  • Travel beyond 30 miles from Birmingham may incur an additional travel fee.

  • Expedited content requests (under 5 business days notice) may incur a rush fee.
